How can a travel advisor help me?

Research, planning and booking travel for you! I have full trip planning available, down to customized itineraries, dinner reservations, transportation arrangement and more. I can also provide advice, research & planning, and a la carte experiences. 

What does it cost?

Price varies, but in most cases it’s completely free to the client as hotels, tours, rental cars, cruises and certain tour packages pay commission to the travel advisor directly. 

Do you have a booking minimum?

Again - this varies, but most trips can reach the minimum with most hotel stays at $300/night. If booking outside of commissionable travel, fees may apply. 

I just need some advice, can you help?

Yes! A lot of travel consultation is completely free. Just reach out with your questions. Extensive research and planning does come with a fee. 

I just need help with certain aspects of the trip, can  you just book one thing for me? 

Yes! Again - hotels and certain travel aspects that pay commission to the advisor, makes this free to you. For a la carte services such as dinner reservations, fees could apply. 

Can you book air travel for me?

This depends on the airline and where you are traveling. With certain airlines, booking air travel for others can cause issues down the road if you need to change your flight or something happens. However, I can help you research flights, travel insurance, international travel help, passports & visas and more! I can book certain flights. Just reach out with your needs to learn more!

What do I need to get started working with a travel advisor? 

Just reach out! Each trip planning experience starts with a planning form to fill out, followed by a phone conversation. That will provide me with enough information to curate a personalized trip itinerary. Once we make any changes to the itinerary you see fit, you can approve it for booking. Once approved, I will handle all booking for you. All you have to do is pay, pack and show up!

What information do you need from a potential client?

A few questions I may need to ask from you include: 

• When would you like to travel?

• Where would you like to travel? 

• Who all is traveling with you? 

• What is the total budget for the trip?

• Who is paying for this trip?

• Where will you be traveling from? 

• What is your travel style? (Couples trip/romantic, family-friendly/kids activities, adventurous, party, relaxing, sightseeing, a mix of 2-3 styles) 

• Any dietary restrictions or physical restrictions that require extra arrangements while traveling? 

• What services are you needing from me?
